One record per question group
This editable text worksheet organizes the decision to keep, revise or retire a knowledge source. Download it, open it in any text editor and duplicate the record section for each group of similar support questions. No upload or account connection is required.
Download English worksheet (.txt)UTF-8 text file · Use AR above for the Arabic version. Keep your completed copy in your team’s approved workspace.
What is in the worksheet?
- Question and scope
- A de-identified question summary, language, market, product and sample count.
- Source and approval
- Internal link or document ID, source owner, version and policy effective date.
- Review decision
- Keep, revise, retire or missing, with any conflict across sources or languages recorded.
- Owner and retest
- Action owner, due date, test question, expected answer, actual outcome and closure decision.
Use it in a focused review session
- Choose a defined sample of recurring questions and remove customer data before recording examples.
- Connect each group to an approved source. If no source exists, record a gap instead of inventing an answer.
- Compare Arabic and English conditions, particularly dates, exceptions and amounts; do not review fluency alone.
- Assign an owner for the decision and correction, then rerun the question and record the outcome before closing the record.
Fictional completed-record example
Question group: delivery time after dispatch. Scope: a US team serving Saudi customers in Arabic and English. Conflict: an FAQ promises two days while the approved policy says 3–5 working days. Decision: revise the FAQ after the operations owner approves, then test both language versions. Leave closure pending until an actual retest outcome is recorded.
What the worksheet does not establish
The worksheet does not scan your files automatically or certify compliance or agent quality. Completed fields do not establish source accuracy or better answers; policy owners must review evidence and test outcomes. Do not put secrets or personal data into examples.
