How is usage counted?
Message allowances include incoming and outgoing messages. Our agent’s runs and suggest drafts use AI-reply allowances. Replies from your external agent count as messages, without a second built-in AI-reply charge.
WhatsApp and X network fees are separate and appear in the wallet ledger. Provider rates can change; review billing details before sending.
Free and its limits
No card needed. After 3,000 messages, sending pauses until an upgrade or quota renewal; inbound is saved. Social inboxes idle for 14 days disconnect and can be reconnected; conversation history remains.
Some monthly plans can use sufficient wallet funds. Annual and Enterprise plans require payment configuration. Billing shows the confirmed activation state and date.
